How to Report a Streetlight Outage

Contact Duke Energy in one of the following ways:

Go to Duke-Energy.com/DukeLighting to use the online form
Call 800-POWERON (800-769-3766)
Fax your request to 800-329-4385
Send a message to DukeLighting@duke-energy.com

Provide as many details as you can – like the location of the light and a description of the issue.
Once Duke Energy receives your request they will work to make the repair within a few days.
In the meantime, if you are able to safely tie a ribbon or cloth around the light pole that needs work they will be able to quickly locate the issue.
