How to Report a Streetlight Outage
- To report a streetlight outage contact Duke Energy in one of the following ways:
- Go to Duke-Energy.com/DukeLighting to use the online form
- Call 800-POWERON (800-769-3766)
- Fax your request to 800-329-4385
- Send a message to DukeLighting@duke-energy.com
- Provide as many details as you can – like the location of the light and a description of the issue.
- Once Duke Energy receives your request they will work to make the repair within a few days.
- In the meantime, if you are able to safely tie a ribbon or cloth around the light pole that needs work they will be able to quickly locate the issue.

How do I report a safety hazard at the park?
Go to the City Services menu, roll over the menu to reveal the sub-menu and select Report A Problem from the sub-menu.
